This isn't something to boast about...I had to nip out and go down to the bag and barrow (a closed down pub) because a close friend of mine, Mel, was in a right state. Apparently her and her boyfriend had a bit of a spat and she'd taken a few pills in a suicide attempt. Luckily, she threw them all back up before I picked her up. I had to take her to her boyfriend's place, and she's staying there for the night and going to hospital in the morning. I think she's alright, just exhausted. She'll be right as rain in a few days. Hopefully.
